On October 27th
and 28th, The Office of International Affairs (OIA) and Diversity
Education and Community Building (DE/CB) are taking students to Natural Bridge
State Resort Park for a weekend of intercultural dialogue between
students. This weekend excursion is designed to promote interaction
between international and domestic students at UK.
Students will gain
experiences that will facilitate future intercultural interactions that occur
in their daily lives, and most likely in their future careers. Whether an
international or domestic student, these skills are necessary in building
personal and professional relationships.
The fee of $20 includes all meals,
lodging, and round trip transportation from UK to the site. Students
interested in participating—or in more information—are encouraged to contact

The Cross Cultural Workshop series is a partnership between OIA and DE/CB that
is offered twice per school year: once in the Fall, and once in the
Spring.
Applications may be dropped off in 210 Bradley Hall.
